LoveYourBrain Mindset Program

09-Oct-2020

Interested in learning more about the benefits of Yoga and meditation?  LoveYourBrain has a new, free online program, LoveYourBrain Mindset.

WHAT: This FREE 6-week online program is designed to build resilience and community. Those that enroll will receive weekly emails with four tools: educational videos, recorded yoga classes, yoga nidra, and guided meditations. There are three program options to choose from, two of which are interactive.

•        Mindset with Group Discussion: this program is open to the TBI community + caregivers.  In addition to receiving the four tools each week, this program includes a weekly, 45 minute themed group discussion over Zoom.
•        Mindset with a Group Discussion + live Yoga: this program is also open to the TBI community + caregivers. It includes receiving the four tools each week + a 75 minute weekly yoga class over Zoom that will include a group discussion.
•        Mindset On Your Own: this is the core of the Mindset program and it is open to anyone! It includes receiving the four tools each week to be practiced in a self-paced manner.

WHEN: Interactive programs start in October/November at different days and times. Mindset On Your Own can be accessed at any time.

SIGN UP: Interactive programs are limited to 13 people. Once you register for a program, you’ll receive an email from mindset@loveyourbrain.com.
