Josiah’s Story
I have had to learn to speak and learn to use my right side again with the help of the therapists that come to my home & my family. I also lost my independence when I had to move back to Kansas for my family support, after my bicycle accident.
Yin-Yang: My life is happy/sad. I have several opposite emotions: Anger, tense, bother vs. happy, positive, regaining a new path. Recovery is happening slowly – “All will be alright in the end!” I tend to hibernate often, but try to use family, friends, and my pets to keep me balanced. Other tools I use to balance my dark emotions are yoga, working out, movies, music, and craft projects.
