While every Sponsorship Level includes meals and refreshments for one person, some Exhibitors might want to bring more to represent their organization. If those extra Representatives aren’t registered for the Conference, this Exhibitor Representative Refreshment Fee will cover their meals and refreshments for both days of the Conference and includes the Evening Reception.
